Hello @Kalm70 and welcome to the community.
Thank you so much for reaching out to us and I'm glad you've been able to do so. It sounds like you've had a really rough time of things lately.
Can I ask if you are inside now?
If you are having thoughts of suicide it's really important you keep yourself safe and speak to someone able to support you. As was mentioned above, you can reach out to Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT to 85258.
However, if you feel if you might be at risk of harm or a danger to yourself, please contact 999 immediately.
I'm also going to email you with some other suggestions, so please look out for an email from community@scope.org.uk
