Pip assessment repeating questions

My PIP assessor repeated herself a lot she said "last question now then went on to ask me 3 others 2 of which she already asked me .
Then kept asking me question like "when you was well who done this or who done that "
Problem is I thought the question was about me now not before .of course when I was able I done things myself now I can't. I found her to be trying to see if I answer different and how I was before my illness is surely irrelevant?

They may rephrase questions to be sure which descriptor you may 'fit.' It sounds like they were just trying to see exactly how your disability affects you now. i.e. what has changed in your functional ability that shows how you struggle to do an activity/descriptor reliably.

Well my assessor didn’t listen to a word I , or my girlfriend, now my wife, we said!!!!
They are not there to write what you said verbatim. If they did then there wouldn't be any point in having the assessment. The assessment is to gather more evidence to support your claim and then the report is written, which is their opinion based on everything you said in the form, any extra evidence you sent and what you said during the assessment. (i'm not saying they don't often twist things or put things that can't possibly be true)
