I'm still awaiting my decision but if they go with the assessors report then I should be awarded standard for both living and mobility. I was just wondering when they start the payment from. I first approached them in the end of November. I initially sent a letter stating that I would like to apply , because I couldn't face ringing them. I then received a form to fill in asking me for details so they could send me the how your disability affects you form. I returned the initial form mid January and had a text saying they received it. So will my award (if Im awarded) be backdated to the date of the text in January, or the date I wrote in December.
Its agonising waiting for a decision.

Hello itsmeyouknow100The award should be backdated to the date you put on your application form (not your PIP2 How does your disability affect you form)Hope that helpsNasturtiumHow to challenge a PIP award that has been reduced at Review https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/comment/696285#Comment_696285

If so then it should be the date they sent you the very first form.Usually when you ring to start a claim it's from this date it's paid from.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Ok thank you,

Just received my notice and they have back dated it to my very first letter requesting the forms. A month sooner than I was expected, so I am really pleased
