Poem called Light and shade
Each morning the day begins with a glimpse of light which is bright as the sun rises its head but the shade under the trees and beautiful keep our young people cool from the glorious summer day with young people wearing their t-shirt and shorts and our young girls wearing their beautiful floral dresses and hats to keep the light of sunshine shining light through the clear blue skies and we keep seeing light and shadow on a wonderful summer day.

@Globster I just switched on to see that poem, its brilliant. I love reading poems, (and writing them as you know) Just as a though I have been taking a tablet for over 10 years now to help me function, the other day including the fact that I am "D" deficient I read the instruction on the inside and believe it not it said, "Do not use sun cream, and do not go out in the Sun?" Is this a conumderum or a catch 22. if your "D" deficient?
Still liked your poem, might have to have a cup of tea and write one on a similar topic with summer comming.
