Hi I need to renew my blue badge they told me to get a copy of my original pip letter from you and send a copy to them. I have been trying to phone you on your number, 08001214433 I have been trying to speak to someone to ask you to do this for me trying for 4 days holding on for 30 mins but no luck, I don’t know what to do could you please help me before I go mad.my name is Linda [Removed by Moderator: Personal Information] or email me then I can send you my address.my badge has now run out and I don’t want to get a fine I cannot walk more than a few steps. We are not the DWP, and I can see you've been trying to call the PIP Enquiry Line, which is the right number to call for a copy of your PIP letter:Do remember that it has been a bank holiday weekend for Easter last week, so it's likely the lines will be very busy at the moment. When I rang to get a letter for my own blue badge renewal, it took me around 20 minutes, and I rang soon after the lines first opened.
