Hello there @lindylou73 and thanks for reaching out. You've joined the Scope Online Community :)

We are not the DWP, and I can see you've been trying to call the PIP Enquiry Line, which is the right number to call for a copy of your PIP letter:

    Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

    Telephone: 0800 121 4433
    Textphone: 0800 121 4493
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
    Find out about call charges

Do remember that it has been a bank holiday weekend for Easter last week, so it's likely the lines will be very busy at the moment. It's a pain, but please keep trying.

When I rang to get a letter for my own blue badge renewal, it took me around 20 minutes, and I rang soon after the lines first opened.

We also just want to let you know we’ve edited your comment because it contained personal information. For more information about why we removed this, please consider our online community house rules.

If we can help further, please ask!

Best time to ring PIP is as soon as they open. However, you may still be on hold for anything up to an hour.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
