what do they go through with you on the phone.. I’ve never done this before0 -
Best to search Google to see what others say really
During the telephone assessment you may be asked to describe how you complete simple tasks such as preparing and cooking food, getting washed and dressed and how you move around outside the home. Don't rush to respond, remember they are looking at your claim form and asking the same questions you have already answered

You will be okay there really nice to you on the phone, but would have helped if you are like I am, forgetting everything I take pictures of paperwork like that so I'll know what I said! But that's just my opinion on it but take your time to think about each question your asked before you answer them 🤔.2

@DollyDolly29 I believe you. You have no idea how nervous I was before my assessment. But my assessor was very understanding and kind.
I am sure everything will be fine.
They (assessors) are not that scary 😉1 -

What PIP sign in? Did you apply online rather than through the paper form? If so then i don't believe a copy is kept when you claim online. What you're advised to do is take screenshots before submitting it.

The form really isn't needed for the assessment. Lots of people have the assessment when they didn't keep a copy of the form. Try not to worry to much because it's not a bad thing at all.During the assessment just do your best to answer each question. Try not to answer them with a simple yes or no because this could let the assessor come to their own conclusions. Give as much information as possible. Some find it helpful to write notes before the assessment so you have something to refer to.They will ask you questions about your health conditions and how they affect you. It's impossible to tell you exactly what they will ask because it varies for each person. The assessment can last anywhere from 20 to 120 minutes, sometimes longer so make sure you have a drink nearby. You can have someone with you during the assessment and put your phone onto loud speaker.2

My phone call is any minute now
anexity is through the roof !!As per saying I lost the screenshots of what I said when I filled forms out when applying
Do I tell them that I lost the screenshots1 -
You don’t need to mention you lost the screenshots.Do also be aware that they may not ring on time. Remember try not to answer the questions with just a yes or no.0

Glad it went well. Once the assessment report is returned to DWP a decision can take up to 12 weeks.2
