can I appeal this and how can I appeal!!
this has made me so upset0 -
@DollyDolly29 Aww no, I'm so sorry to hear that. I've been in your shows and was upset too. I hope you've managed a good night's sleep and have plenty of tea and biscuits with you!
So the first step is to undertake a mandatory reconsideration (MR) to challenge the decision and outline which activities and points you believe you should have scored.
Here's a link to a table of the individual activities, descriptors and points. If you can give 2 or 3 detailed examples of instances where you've struggled to completed particular activities, including who was there, when it happened, what you struggled with and why you couldn't do it reliably - that is safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly and in reasonable time - then you are doing superbly
Also, have you accessed any support from a welfare representative with the PIP process? If not, I'd highly recommend you do that. You can find someone local to you via the Advice Local website, entering your postcode and selecting 'welfare benefits' from the drop down list.
Let us know how you get on, and sending lots of virtual hugs and support your way.0
