Hello
Someone please help!
So last week I had the call to say I was awarded enhanced on both (first step and first time claim) and to expect the back payment in 3-5 days
and to call overnight to find out how much the next day
Today the case worker has called to tell me my case is now been pulled for a review to be re looked at! He’s told me not to worry but then also told me that I could now not be awarded.

It is extremely rare for this happen, to the point that i've never heard of it before. There maybe some contradictions in the report and any evidence you sent but i'm only guessing. Unfortunately, all you can do is wait for your claim to be reviewed.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
I’m confused aswell the case manager said it’s out of his hands but to try not to worry and that’s when I asked if my award could result in nothing and he said unfortunately yes

Aww that’s great I’m so pleased for you. Just a shame you had to go through that worry yesterday.
But you can relax now.
Treat yourself with some off your backpay.
Take care ❤️ -
@vickit87- so pleased for you after being messed about
some of these assessors and decision makers have no idea of the anxiety and stress levels we endure. Sounds like they were just being sure and thankfully came to the original decision. Very worrying for you though. -
Amazing news @vickit87Hannah - She / Her
