Is this anything to worry about or is it my work coach calling me , I can’t get online to check portal as my broadband is being installed

Sounds like it's a work focused interview, unless you've been found to have LCWRA and then i have no idea what it's related to.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

You could always ring up and explain you are waiting for your broadband to be installed if you are unable to access your journal messages. Maybe they can send out a letter with more information?Hannah - She / Her

As you have access to a journal they won't send a letter out to you. You can of course ring the helpline to ask what the appointment is.
