Hi all,
so I have been looking through all the threads and wanted to thank you all for being so helpful.
so I have been looking through all the threads and wanted to thank you all for being so helpful.
I had my telephone assessment today.
I know I have to wait now but I was wondering when I can ask for a copy of my report is it when they text me to say they have it or do I wait for some time?
I feel like it was okay, it was 1 hour 35 minutes which felt like forever and by the end I had cried so many times, so I don’t know if I overtalked or messed it up.
Thanks in advance

Anytime once the report is returned DWP. Please do be aware though that the report is not the decision, it's a recommendation only. Whilst they mostly do go with it, it has been known for them to go against it.Decision timescales are up to about 12 weeks after the report is returned.0

Just to add, if it isn't favourable, don't panic, you can still do a MR (do it in writing), then Appeal (73% of Appeals are successful).0

Thank you I will do, I broke down so many times and I felt I over explained and can’t remember a lot of what was said, hoping this will at least help me see what they’ve said and be able to try and write up anything missed or misunderstood in case I need to mr and appeal.
I have bipolar, CPTSD and endometriosis and my memory isn’t the best and I had a panic attack just answering the phone to an unknown number so I just hope I got the points across for the descriptors correctly x0 -
I'm so glad you got through it @lizziejane I'd definitely say treat yourself to a slice of cake (or something like that!). I hope you hear back asap!0

I had long cuddles with my little ones and my partner doted on me a little more for the night, felt very fragile but it’s done now x1 -
