Hello, I'm.looking for some advice.
I'm currently on enhanced care for pip. I had my assessment at the start if April and my report came through today.
I've just read it and I'm so very upset. Not only has the assessor lied but throughout the report she states one thing and then doesn't give me the points that it matches.
I'm so hurt and unsure what my next steps are in order to ensure that the 2 points I'm going to be given are going to change. I wouldn't even mind having dropped to standard care but nothing is so hurtful when I struggle so much.
Any advice here will be very much appreciated.
Thanks

The report is a recommentation, not the decision. Whilst they mostly go with it, it has been known for them to go against it. This is one of the reasons i never advise people to request the report before a decision is made. You can ring DFC and ask if it's possible for a decision maker to ring you before the decision is made. It's not guaranteed they will but always worth ringing to ask.Once the decision is made if you're not happy you can request the MR as advised above.0
