There's no need to apologise @Tony58 anxiety is horrible to experience, and I'm glad we're helping you to feel supported
It's good to know you managed to get through to someone and they're updating the system for you.
It might well have been an automated message that was sent out, without knowing you were on LCWRA, and so don't have commitments.
Let us know if you do hear about another appointment, and take care for now!0 -
hi guys i just recieved amessage on my journal stating my commitment review is re arranged for next week friday in a jobcentre.
i jst dont understand why im being told to do this i have no work coach or anything.
is this normal ive never had this before?
its mentions nothong of work capability so i dont undertsand
its really really making me feel ill im very stressed out0 -
You shouldn’t be expected to attend any appointments when found to have LCWRA.0
-
poppy so what shall i do i dont understand?
when i rang up i think beginning of the week the woman said to put a message on the journal explaining when you cant attend but that was it.
ive been given no other explanation0 -
You’ve done all you can and hopefully someone will respond before that appointment and they will cancel it.0

i just called universal credit the woman was very lovely. and she does not understand eiether why im getting this commitment appoimntent
she has changed the appointment to a phone call and said i should not be required to attend the jobcentre with the work related activity i have.
and she also checked incased its a work capability re-assesment but its not due untill next year.
she told me to not stress so much.
so im just confused even more now.

Glad it's been changed. Reviews for the work capability assessment are suspended anyway so it's nothing related to that. When you do have a review you will need to referred, when this happens you'll receive a letter on your journal, as you did the first time. You will then receive the forms in the post shoartly after that.
