PIP LEAP review

Hi all, I have been awarded enhanced mobility for 3 years now almost 4, I read there was a change in pip law in November 2016 regarding the affects of physiological distress in taking a journey. I am agoraphobic and have been for 20 years. When I first applied for pip they said I wasn't entitled and when I appealed I was given standard mobility. As iv been enhanced for almost 4 years this law would of been in place when I was not awarded pip and when I was on standard mobility. Due to the law with my condition and how it affects me I should of been on enhanced from the very start. So my question is should I be contacting pip and asking them if I fall under the review? I don't know what to do.
Thankyou for reading

As you were awarded by a Tribunal at that time then the process for you is different. See link for information. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/pip-administrative-exercise-progress-on-cases-cleared-at-1-november-2021/pip-administrative-exercise-progress-on-cases-cleared-at-1-november-2021

Okay thanks so where does that leave me with my original post, should I contact them0

If the decision was changed at MR stage and you didn't have to take it to Tribunal then you can contact DWP and ask about the leap review.
