I need to attend an assessment for pip for sciatica. My question is can I refuse to do the exercises relating to my leg as I've done these leg raises in the past and they trigger exasperated symptoms and pain.i don't want to self inflict pain just to prove I cannot reach or stretch.

If they ask you to do anything that causes pain you do not have to agree. Though they may not ask you to do anything, i've never been asked in any of my assessments in the past.
