Hi just like to share I recently had a tribunal about my pip claim . It’s not as easy . I had my interview for 50mins over the phone as adjustment. Even though my chronic pain in my feet and my disability , they haven’t changed my mobility to enhanced kept it as standard but I did win my daily living . But was grilled a bit about my job as I work in a care home even though my role is a sitting down role they kept asking me questions about my role so I said u know is this relevant and stoped it there by saying I do reduce hours But they were trying to even see about how far I can walk by asking me question about my hospital visits and how long it can take me . Which I did managed to explain ok as it was on ground floor where o needed to go in hospital . But thought to share it was very intense the call spoke to 3 people . But I’m not going to upper tribunal as I don’t want go through it again . But all I can say is make sure u fill in ur application form in right from the start as they used this against me, and have kept it as standard. But just wanted to let u know it wasn’t nice .

I am so sorry you had such an awful experience with your PIP tribunal. Have you got support around you?0
