Hi everyone, I'm Mike
I was diagnosed with Crohn's 3 years ago & I'm currently trying to put a PIP claim in which is a challenge to say the least. What I really want to know is do you answer the questions based you feeling at your worst with your disability or just a normal day. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated 😁

Hello @Nozzer and thanks for your query, it can be challenging but hopefully we can help support you When it comes to PIP, you need to think about how you are a majority of the time.
A lot of people find it helpful to keep a diary for a week or so, or to note down any examples of when they struggled with a particular task, like getting dressed, or preparing a meal, and what help they need. Does that make sense?
I'm going to move your post over into our PIP category, so members can more easily share their thoughts, and if there's anything else you're feeling stuck with, just ask!0 -
No, you shouldn’t ever base your answers in your worst day. As Alex has correctly advised, it’s how you are the majority of the time. This means at least 50% of the time over a 12 month period.0
