Hello all. This morning I was awarded enhanced daily living and standard mobility. My pip process has taken 8 weeks start to finish. TheDM who called me said that before I receive my backdate it will go to debt management and they will decide how much to take to pay off overpayments. I had no idea they could do this. Has anyone else had this? And how long does it take 🤷♀️

Yes they can use the money they owe you to pay back what you may owe them. If it is used then at least the debt will be paid off. There’s no timescales how long it will take.0
