Pip phone assessment over 2 hours

On Wednesday I had an awful pip assessment over the phone, it took 2hrs 14 mins, she contradicted and questioned everything I said and kept going over and over the same things.
I was in pain and physically and emotionally exhausted!

is it normal for these assessments to take this long? 

I still haven’t had the text to say my assessment has been sent to dwp, how long does this usually take and how do I ask for a copy?

Yes they do sometimes take more than a couple of hours. 

Sometimes the report is returned the same day but not always. If the report is in audit it will delay them returning it, if it is then it’s nothing to worry about, it just means they are checking the assessor did their job correctly.
