Greetings! I'm at my wits end with PIP, looking for some advice if possible?

Basically, after a year and a half of nonsense with application not received, then somehow the mandatory reconciliation was lost, I finally got a successful appeal on the 3rd March 2023, wow, so happy! However, the tribunal also posted another letter which said appeal had been struck out as somehow it had been duplicated and I had already been successful, I have a horrible feeling that this had thrown a further spanner in the works and they have just taken it as having been struck out. It's been over 2 months since the appeal, I keep trying to ring the enquiry line and just get off. Really at wits end, is it not bad enough that we are so ill? Any advice for contacting them? Should I write a letter and enclose copy of the decision?

Good morning @SuzieHughes and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had with your PIP claim and appeal. It sounds like a stressful situation, I can understand why you're feeling the way you are.
I've seen a lot of people say they've struggled to get through to PIP recently. The best time to call is usually first thing in the morning immediately when lines open (8am).
If you're still not able to get through it could be an idea to send them a letter. They should already have a copy of the appeal's decision.
I hope you manage to get this sorted soon.
