I actually need advice. My payment was stopped recently for falling ill abroad and staying a few days beyond one month in the hospital. My record shows I have chronic heart failure with rather frequent and aggressive symptoms. I supplied medical and test papers and proof that I had a flight booked to return to the UK long before the 30 day mark. I put in all the paperwork since May 9, I haven't got a response as at today 21st June.
I am deep in personal debts and unable to follow through with all kinds of breakthrough treatment opportunities as the ailment is incurable and almost terminal.

I was on universal credit with LWCRA0

You will have to apply again. Check whether your UC journal offers a rapid reclaim option - it may not given the reason your existing claim has stopped.0

I receive every 19th of the month I receive now on 19th of July this month.0

If the 18th January was the same date you reported your health condtion then your waiting period will be. Feb to May. LCWRA starts from 13th May to 12th June and first payment will be 19th June. This is assuming you continued to send fit notes without any gapsMy advice is assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.

June to Sept.. LCWRA starts from AP 17th Sept to 16th Oct and first payment will be 23rd Oct. No LCWRA element is owed. This is assuming you’re not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.0
