I actually need advice. My payment was stopped recently for falling ill abroad and staying a few days beyond one month in the hospital. My record shows I have chronic heart failure with rather frequent and aggressive symptoms. I supplied medical and test papers and proof that I had a flight booked to return to the UK long before the 30 day mark. I put in all the paperwork since May 9, I haven't got a response as at today 21st June.
I am deep in personal debts and unable to follow through with all kinds of breakthrough treatment opportunities as the ailment is incurable and almost terminal.

You will have to apply again. Check whether your UC journal offers a rapid reclaim option - it may not given the reason your existing claim has stopped.

It will depend on the answer to these 2 questions.

What date exactly did you report your health condition/send your first fit note?

What date do you usually receive your money each month?

You didn’t answer the other question.

What date do you usually receive your money each month?
I can’t advise without all the information.

If the 18th January was the same date you reported your health condtion then your waiting period will be. Feb to May. LCWRA starts from 13th May to 12th June and first payment will be 19th June. This is assuming you continued to send fit notes without any gaps

My advice is assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.

You had the decision very quickly! You waiting period will be as follows.
June to Sept.. LCWRA starts from AP 17th Sept to 16th Oct and first payment will be 23rd Oct. No LCWRA element is owed.

This is assuming you’re not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.
