Some it’s a couple of days but others it’s much longer. There’s no timescales after receiving that text.1

there are different times depending on where your located. You could phone tomoz and ask what the timescales are in your area.Advice call dead on 9am and you get straight through0 -

This goes to show that the call centre have no idea on the timescales really. They just sit there telling you what you want to hear. Backlogs are just part of the reason a decision can be delayed. In reality timescales are more like anything up to 12 week once the report was returned. Some take less than this and some take longer.

Hi,all. In fact, sometimes it's better to be prepared to wait. I am already waiting 12 weeks since my assessment and I think I will have to wait more 🙈2

Yes I know kind of makes your mental health worse worrying about not getting it and starting the next process. Hard enough getting a phone call with the GP been trying for 7 days now they say the same thing “call back tomorro every time getting sick of it. the system is a big mess0

Morning all!
so I’ve not yet received the we’ve made a decision text, HOWEVER, I have just gone to phone them asking for an update, and the automated line asked for the last 4 digits of my bank account number (it never usually asks this). It then goes on to tell me my next payment date is 14th June!I’m on hold now to speak to someone2
