okay, so i have agoraphobia and panic attacks
my gp isnt ticking the box on my form which says I will need to assess you at the end of this period.
gov.uk advice says - your employee's health condition is not expected to affect their fitness for work once the fit note has expired.
are my gp practice taking the micky?? do they think i can magically recover or somethin. and why arent they wanting to see me
does this mean i shouldnt be entitled to benefits? because they think Im gonna be okay

They don't have to tick the box where it says "they need to see you at the end of this period." No it doens't mean you're not entitled to ESA. Are you already claiming ESA in one of the groups? If so then a fit note is no longer needed anyway.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
it is for my employer but im already claiming. but dont understand why they put that, we will not need to see. just seems ridiculous.
it wont effect me then? -
No, it won't affect any of your benefits. Which benefits are you claiming exactly? As i advised, GPs don't always need to see you before issuing any further fit notes or before returning to work.

UC LCWRA and PIPS

They are not affected. You've already been found to have LCWRA so no fit notes are needed anyway. Sorry but i can't see what the problem is.
