Hi, I had a review and sent off and they recieved it on the 21st of March, they gave me standard daily living still, I then asked for an MR on the phone and that was dated from the 31st of march, I phoned pip today and the automated service now says I'm getting 514 when I next get paid, I don't want to phone pip and ask but does that mean I'll be now getting that a month from pip or does that include the the backpayment they owe me from when I put the MR in? would anyone be able to tell me maths wise what I could be getting award wise? thanks I get paid next friday on the 26th
also does anyone know when its backdated from? is it backdated from when they recieved my review form or when I did the MR?

You shouldn't rely on the automated payment line because it has been known to give incorrect information. It would also not include any money they may owe you.Usually if it's a review started by DWP any changes will take place from the date of the decision. However because of the backlogs they have sometimes owed some people some money from an earlier date.If they didn't receive your actual review forms until 21st March 2023 then that's an extremely quick waiting time. We have many members still waiting more than a year after returning the review forms. For this reason they may go from when the original decision was made but you'll need to wait to see what happens.0

Hi thanks for the reply, they recieved them forms on the 21st then I got my decision on the 31st and thats when I decided to ring up for the MR on the same day, my mum sent off for review forms in november and she still has not recieved a decision so I guess I am one of the lucky ones I am really grateful cus I get bad anxiety from waiting
It seems I will be getting enhanced daily living and standard mobility now judging from the maths as its 514 for both of them anyway and if on the phone thats not included the backpayment they owe me then that makes sense to be getting that award but I will wait for the letter thank you!0 -
It sounds like you have had a positive experience, at least with not having to wait too long @kitkat94 which I am hearing is particularly useful for you as you struggle with anxiety.
How are you feeling about the idea of what you might be awarded? Hopefully, you will receive the letter soon. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to talk about it further0
