    I see you only had your assessment about 3 weeks ago. Timescales are up to about 12 weeks after the report was returned. Therefore, a timescale of up to 8th June would be rather quick.

    Hi received letter today and I will not be awarded I have lost all faith in this now im 60 worked all my life in pain constantly I agree should have gone doctors more and specialist but always tried to help myself with trying different things  Ive had pneumonia and sepsis before and now again but no one listens

    Unfortunately working all your life doesn’t automatically entitle you to PIP.

    You can now request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) You should put this in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. 

    The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision doesn’t change. You can proceed to Tribunal after that.

    You can request the MR if you disagree and you're sure you can score enough of points needed for an award. It really does help to have some understanding of the descriptors and what they mean.
