It can take time to adjust with a new diagnosis.but it's also a relief to have a diagnosis. Have talked to your GP about treatments and meds going faward

thank you so much!
Yeah I've had a treatment plan started so its just finding what works now. It honestly felt a relief to put a name to it after all this time and worry. 
I guess I just now have to learn and adjust, the recent flares have been scary but at least I can see them for that they are now
