Hi, I'm new to the forum and I'm in the process of applying for my replacement blue badge but can't find my PIP award letter. Does anyone have any idea how I can obtain a copy please?

You will need to ring PIP to ask them to send you a copy.

Best of luck calling the PIP enquiry line for a letter @mfhphil I did this last year to reapply for my blue badge, it took about 20 mins, and the letter arrived about 10 days later.

I’ve tried about half a dozen times since Poppy123456 replied with the number. Every time I get to ‘Press 6’ and it just cuts off 🤯0

How frustrating @mfhphil the only thing I can suggest is ringing when the lines first open, that's the best chance to get through. Good luck!1
