They stop my PIP which causes also DWP to deduct about £100 from my benefit The reason was that I did not return the Form which I never receive.
During the last 3 weeks, I wrote 3 different letters explaining the situation but I did not receive any response from them.
In the end, I am suffering from hearing impairment and can not communicate by phone.
Please advise me

They don't always respond to letters. Are you able to use Relay UK? You can contact them through this if you can.

    Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet

I didn't get any response to letters either, although I later found out they had definitely been received.  (This has happened with other services as well).

The only way I get anything done is by asking a relative to phone on my behalf.  I appreciate that's not an option for everyone.  I have no idea how I'll manage when that relative is no longer able to assist as the vast majority of emails or letters I send anywhere seem to get ignored.

Thank you for your help and advice
I am so worried I don't know are going to send me a new form or not. And I sent about £100 deduction to DWP about one month ago, they didn't reply either!

    Hello sadeh
First contact PIP by phone and explain to them what has happened. Poppy has posted there number above.
Then if nothing is resolved after talking to PIP I would contact your local MP for your constituancy. You can either write a letter to them in detail explaining your problems and send it signed for delivery, send them an email with your full name and your home address because they will want to varify that you are part of there constituancy or contact then by telephone. You can find you local MP by typing in your postcode into the search box and it will give you there contact details and constituance office. https://members.parliament.uk/members/Commons Your MP will be able to communicate with the DWP on your behalf to get the situation resolved.
I hope this has been of assistance.
