Reporting change of bank account PIP

I need to report a change of bank account but the telephone lines for PIP are only open while I'm working and I don't have breaks long enough to sit in queue for an hour. Is there any other ways to report stuff like these?

At the moment, the best way to contact them is by calling the PIP telephone line. Can I ask, do you work in an environment where you can have them on hold on loudspeaker as you work?
