Struggling with different kinds of pain and waiting for counselling

Hi everyone 
i am struggling with emotional mental and physical pain
the hardest thing right now is with my husband being in hospital and not  being have a cuddle
i am starting counselling on 8th June but that seems ages away

I'm so sorry to hear it's such a wait for counselling, you can reach out to some other organisations like SHOUT. They are a 24/7 mental health texting service. There is also Mind who have many advice pages as well as a helpline
