Hi everyone I am a full time carer for my partner who is disabled I receive carers allowance plus universal credit but would like to know what other help I can get running my cat

If so if you're partner claims standard mobility PIP then there's 50% reduction in road tax. If he's claiming either Enhanced mobility PIP or high rate mobility DLA then there's free road tax. However, if you do this then the car can only be used for the purpose of the disabled person.Of course there's also the motability scheme but for this your partner needs to have at least 1 year remaining on their PIP/DLA award and will need to have either Enhanced mobility PIP or DLA high rate mobility. For this though your partner will exchange their mobility payment for a vehicle.Other than that there's no other fiancial help that i know of to run a car.0
