Hi, I received the following text.
Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks. Once you receive your letter, contact us if you have any questions. Do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision. Please remember to contact us if your circumstances change.
I applied for change of circumstances after initially filling out a review form last September. When I enquired I was told a change of circumstances would be processed quicker then a review.
I got the above text 2 weeks later after sending forms back. The thing bothering me is I did not have any assessment done. Have I done something wrong ??
Any help would be highly appreciated.
TIA.

Hi,
Doesn't mean you've done anything wrong. Most likely means you provided enough evidence that they felt they understood your circumstances and didn't need to ask for any more.
Hopefully it'll be a positive outcome when the letter arrives.1 -

Hi OverlyAnxious . What a username lol.
Sums me up perfectly Thanks for a prompt reply.
Well in fairness and if that is the case. I did spend a lot of time, explaining in detail.
For example my 9 different medications what they exactly were for and when.
I also gave examples on all descriptors of what I can't do and what assistance I required.
I wrote exactly how I felt, and hopefully avoided using generic terms.example like I am to embarrassed about my toilet needs and why
I used the words 'most of the time' on descriptors.
Then finally I explained my good days and also my bad days. And a summary of a typical day.
Detail is key and don't be afraid to break it down in simple terms to them.
Thank you1
