Hi all :-) I've just seen a post elsewhere and the answers were "Ongoing Award", I know PIP Does this but does LCWRA?
Post below.........
"I was awarded LCWRA over 2 years ago. I called them the other day asking when I was up for review and she advised me there was no date on it, it was unlimited. What does that mean?"

......Is this possible if they think you're not likely to improve? Or did the call Handler maybe just mean the Review dates aren't given (I know you must call to ask this as not on the UCD81). Thanks x

LCWRA is and always has been an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.

Thanks Poppy I was told on the phone when they awarded LCWRA that mine was for 23 months.
And others have been told their  Recommended Review dates, mainly between 18 & 24months, but of course every case is different but they Do have Dates for Review, (although we Know they're Very Behind with Reassessments, I'm now seeing many posts where Reassessments are happening).
Was just thinking(hoping, there was an Unlimited Award as the post I saw above suggests). :-) x

There is something called the "severe conditions group" for those placed into this group their LCWRA will never be reviewed again and it will continue for as long as they remain entitled to it.

You're welcome. There's some information here. http://data.parliament.uk/DepositedPapers/Files/DEP2019-0980/117._Severe_Conditions_v2.0.pdf I also believe that if you were found to have LCWRA because of substantial risk then you can't be placed into the severe conditions group.
