DWP Visiting Officer .. visit ?

I had a compliance interview recently over issues surrounding deductions for my occupational pension.
Heard nothing for months, gets a phone call today from a DWP Visiting officer who wants to come and see me at home.
He says he has to deliver a notice regarding a overpayment for 300 quid that the DWP failed to deduct ...
Why do they want to see me ?
I am still having issues with my pension deductions ... my Occ pension increase was reported by me and my carer in person to the DWP office.
My pension is 3150.47 now ... and deducted penny for penny
3150.47 / 52 weeks = 60.59
Despite me telling them this .. they deduct 55.74 ?
Is this right ? And anyone know why they are visiting me .. thought this was sorted...?
Thank you

Good morning @Apollo14LMP. I'm sorry no one was able to get back to you on this. Did the DWP officer visit and did you get this resolved?0

I did get a visit, DWP had to deliver overpayment notice in person as considered vulnerable.
Officer was polite helpful etc.
Sadly the DWP themselves altered my claim and for 6 weeks did not deduct pension ...
Overpayment is now subject of mandatory reconsideration.
They stopped deducting not me... always try to blame claimants for their error.
But the visit itself was okay...1 -
It's always frustrating when their errors lead to so much additional stress. I'm glad the visit went okay and that the officer was polite and helpful despite the situation.
Best of luck with your mandatory reconsideration @Apollo14LMP, I hope it brings a fair resolution. Let us know how you get on.
