The report is sent always completed during the assessment.

Sometimes it’s returned the same day, other times longer. If it’s been chosen for audit then this will delay it being returned because it won’t be returned until the audit is completed.

If it is then it’s nothing to worry about it just means they are checking the assessor did their job correctly.

Once it’s returned you can request it but please be aware that it’s not the decision, it’s a recommendation only. A lot of the time requesting it causes more needless anxiety.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

They are correct in what they told you. I don't know how they can tell you what the recommendations are over the phone, without reading the report to see which boxes are ticked. It's just not possible to do this over the phone. Waiting times for them to answer the phone are long enough, without doing this.
The report is a recommendation only so any points that are recommended are not added up. If you requested a copy to be sent out you will need to compare the dots against the PIP descriptors to add them up yourself.
