You put details of your circumstances into the calculator and it will tell you how much you may be entitled to. However it can be difficult to understand what to enter if you have no knowledge of how benefits work.0

I see from previous threads that you're claiming Universal Credit and you're waiting for a decision on your WCA. The only other benefit that's possible to claim is council tax reduction, which can be claiming from your local Authority. At the moment if you're a single person your UC will include the standard element of either £368.74/month (if 25 or over) or £292.11/month if under 25. As well as help with the rent which is known as housing element. I remember you're privately renting so if you're under 35 you'll be entitled to the shared rate of local housing allowance (unless you're claiming either PIP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care and then you'll be entitled to the 1 bedroom rate) If you're 35 and over you'll be entitled to the 1 bedroom rate. You can check the rates of your area here. https://lha-direct.voa.gov.uk/ you will need to work out the monthly payment for this because it will only tell you the weekly rate. To work out the monthly rate, you times the number by 52 and then divide it by 12.Once the decision is made on your WCA if you're found to have LCWRA then your UC maximum entitlement will increase by £390.06/month from the 4th month after you reported your health condition.

@calcotti im sorry i have no knowledge how benefits work
is it possible to claim the carer benefit please
As advised on a previous thread of yours, you can't claim carers element for looking after yourself. You can only claim it if you're looking after someone else that claims a qualifying disability benefit such as PIP daily living, DLA mid/high rate care or Attendance Allowance.

Moving around for physical conditions and following and planning a journey for mental health, cognitive and sensory impairments.Whether it's possible to score points in either of those will totally depend on how your conditions affect you.You mention your mental health alot on your threads so if this is the reason why you're claiming PIP then it will be following and planning a journey that may apply. Not the moving around part.0

Yes mental health and physical as well because i can hardly walk and if i need to use wheelchair i will be so scared to go on my own and i live on the second floor with no lift0 -
Some people think it’s possible to score points in the moving around part because their mental health makes walking difficult. You wouldn’t be able to score points in the moving around part for this reason. If you have both mental health and physical health conditions then it maybe possible to score points for both activities. It really depends on exactly how your conditions affect you.I don’t know how your conditions affect you so I can advise.0
