PIP isn't about a diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect you against the 12 PIP descriptors. You can reapply at anytime, however, doing so using the same evidence you previously used could likely see another refusal. When was the decision made on your last PIP claim? If it was within the last 13 months you're still within the timescale to request the MR. You will need to give a reason why you didn't request it within the first month. If they refuse you can just proceed to Tribunal. You should put the request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points.I see from a previous thread that you've recently reported a worsening of condition for your UC claim. Have you had the decision on that 2nd WCA yet?0

Hi im still waiting a decision on 2cnd WCA. I will try the tribunal for PIP i thought it was only 3 months thankyou0

For the PIP claim, have you already been through the Mandatory Reconsideration process? If you haven't then you will need to request this first. Please also remember that they won't take into consideration any worsening of condition.

You can send any evidence you want to if you think it will help. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/appeals/mandatory-reconsideration-pip/
