I was refused my PIP claim, I than asked to reconsider my claim with added evidence and still unsuccessful. Just don't know what to do anymore, I've suffered severe depression more less all my life and now suffering with fibromyalgia and Trigeminal neuralgia, I sent letter's from my counsellor plus other things but still didn't get get.
I'm so depressed and in so much pain and don't know what do anymore.

It's not unusual for the MR decision not to change because only 23% of them do in the claimants favour. You can now request the Tribunal, where if you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing there's about a 70% success rate.PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. What matters is how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities for the majority of the time. For the Tribunal, if you haven't already given a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you then you should do this. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. Your anecdotal evidence is what's needed. You do not need to do this when you request the Tribunal as it can be done at a later date. You can request it online here. https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal
