Hi all just wondering if anyone had used the scheme for pip recievers to have 40 hours of driving lessons??? Is the scheme very difficult to access and navigate?? Any information from someone who has used this would be greatly appreciated.

For grant funding for learning to drive you must be a motability customer and either have a vehicle in your name or be expecting a delivery of a vehicle within the next 4 months. Have a provisional license. You must also be claiming certain means tested benefits. To join the motability scheme you must have Enhanced mobility PIP.You need to pay for the theory and practical tests yourself. If all those apply to you then you will need to contact the grants team on 0800 500 3186 https://www.motability.org.uk/charitable-grants/access-to-mobility-grant-programmes/driving-lessons/
