Hi I'm Sue, I care for my lifelong friend Alan, as I cared for his partner before the until she passed away in 2017, which is when Alan's Health started to Decline...
Alan has always been a keen cyclist, but of late he needs help, ie, a eBike as being 53 next month and having Severe COPD. Anviety and other health and mental health matters, He prefers to use a eBike compared to a mobility /wheelchair mobility aide, Thing is there so expensive I bought him a 2nd hand one but due to the E.U Laws. It wasn't legal for use, as it wasn't 250w pedal assisted. He is currently getting the Lower rate mobility due to scoring 0ne point under the higher rate, Anyway want to know of any mobility scooter suppliers have moved with the times and give eBike on monthly payments plans or if there's any such grants or help available please.. Any information would be much appreciated.. Thanks..

I'm not aware of any grants available for this. I've not seen mobility scooter suppliers selling anything like this before.I know halfords sell ebikes and you could probably get finance for those. I can't post links because it's advertising, which isn't allowed here. You can do a search using google.1
