PIP MR and Tribunal

Hi everyone, I’m new here 😊 and just have a quick question. I received my mandatory reconsideration letter from DWP today (14th June;) and they’ve kept my award the same. I have therefore started to complete a tribunal appeal online. It asks for the date on my MR letter. I’ve just checked and it’s dated 27th April - 7 weeks ago! The tribunal application is supposed to be submitted no later than one month after the date of the MR letter. I’m so annoyed! Anyone else had this? Will the tribunal still accept my appeal?
Thanks, Dawn x

You have 13 months to request the Tribunal. Just tell them you only received the letter today. It’s highly unlikely they will refusal a late appeal.0
