Hi everyone, I'm new to this and was wondering if anyone has any advice?
I received this text message on 14th June 2023
Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks. Once you receive your letter, contact us if you have any questions. Do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision. Please remember to contact us if your circumstances change.
Has anyone else recieved messages like this? I haven't called them and just waited for the letter obviously but the text message thing, is it a new thing they do? I've still not heard anything. 😕
TIA Xx

Hi @Nleehm2019 and thanks for your query. From what I can gather reading around on the forum here, the DWP texts are becoming more regular these days, so it may well be something new they are bringing in.
Let us know as and when you receive your letter, and we'll be here to support you in the meantime. Is there anything we've missed you're still not sure about?0
