Hey @lea123. Thank you for reaching out to us. According to the web (Turn2us and Entitled To), it might be backdated.Apparently, "in most cases, the LCWRA element is awarded after a 3 month waiting period beginning on the day you provide medical evidence. If it takes longer than 3 months to carry out your Work Capability Assessment the element you are awarded will be backdated to this point".
Hopefully, this helps! Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions or anything else we can do to support you

Your first payment will be either May or June depending on what date you usually receive your money each month.

Thankyou for your replies girls, I get payments on the 9th and 23rd of each month as I get my UC fortnightly, does anyone know if my extra payments will be in July'? Thankyou 🥰0

That means your assessment periods are 3rd to 2nd of every month. Therefore your waiting period is Feb to May.. LCWRA starts from AP 3rd May to 2nd June and first payment would be June 9th. They owe you 1 month LCWRA element up to now.
