Hi,
I was classed as LCW earlier this year (I can't find the letter, maybe end of last year). I asked on 4th April 23 to have a reassessment because I may be LCWRA (and this has a lot to do with what I've learnt at Scope!).
It took a long time for the form to arrive - over 2 months. Today, this is my goal - to complete it and send it off.
It feels to me like a totally new claim - should I treat it like that?
Are there "descriptors" in the same way as with PIP? Can anyone direct me to them please.
Many thanks
Lottie

Yes, it’s always the usual UC50 form you receive. Yes treat it as a new claim. Descriptors here for LCWRA https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity0
