Hi Everybody, I'm Matt, CEO of Reading Welfare Rights, a small charity in Berkshire that specialises in PIP cases, most of which we take at the Appeal stage.

I am also a PIP claimant, so I'm very invested in the process and can see PIP from all sides.

For more information about our successful charity, see here:

Very well thanks, dealing with some PIP cases at the moment where "No Specialist Input" is given as a reason to not award PIP:  Absolute nonsense and easy to bat away

That sounds really frustrating @WelfareRights :( Do you feel you need "specialist input" and, if so, what would this look like for you in an ideal world?  :)

Well, the only  "specialist input" we need is enough funding to keep going.  I absolutely do not want to be a fundraiser at all - I have no interest in that sort of work.  I want to manage my charity and help as many clients as I can.  So we need donations of course.  Obviously though, that's not why I've come onto this forum.  You did ask though :-
