Hi I'm just a little confused and just need some independent advice. I have just been awarded LWCRA. While I was just receiving UC I was enrolled in the Seetec ( restart )
programme. I just want to know if I still have to attend Seetec meetings etc. It's just in case I have to argue my case with Seetec, they seem to have a blatent disregard for anything you say to them Seetec has played a big part in contributing to my already mental health issues

You will not be expected to attend any work focused interviews, look for work or attend any restart programmes. You can't be sanctioned even if you don't attend the restart.
