Hi I recently applied for pip first time applying I had my assessment via telephone and I’m confused about some of it any help would be greatly appreciated. In my report she has put me down on everything apart from section 9 for 0 pointe from what I can see. I stated in my forms and during my assessment I suffer from migraines which I have medication for constantly and suffer 15/28 days a month with I also have tranexamic acid for bleeding every month consistently also I also put in my report that I struggle with eating and the thought of putting on weight I also suffer from anxiety depression and also panic attacks as well as a skin condition and dizzy spells does this mean I won’t get anything or am I misreading this. I told her I don’t eat 3-4 days a week just due to not being hungry and not wanting to put on weight either as i consistently weigh myself. It also says restrictions reported and also recommendations and evidence to support she has wrote quite a bit on that part.
Then on the back it says the function restriction affecting the daily living activities is likely to have been present for at least 3 months and is likely to be present for at least 9 months.
So does this mean due to it being at least 3 months I’ve struggled with it and it’s guaranteed to last at least 9 months will I get pip does anyone know? As I had a message from Dwp pip on Tuesday saying it was with a decision maker and hasn’t currently been a decision made yet?

Did you miss part of your question out? Ticks in those boxes doesn't mean you're guaranteed an award. In the report there will be activities/descriptors. Next to those will be either a tick or a dot, it's those you need to look at to see where the dots are. You can use the PIP self test to transfer those dots into the test. At the end it will add up any potential points that maybe recommended. You need at least 8 points for standard and at least 12 points for Enhanced. The daily living and mobility are added separately.PIP self test here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/pip-test-formRemember, the report is a recommendation only. Whilst they mostly go with it, they have been known to go against it.

It is a condition to have had the difficulties for at least three months and expect to have the difficulty ongoing for a minimum of 9 months. If you don’t need that condition then you will not qualify for a PIP award. However, even if eligible, you will need to score enough points to qualify for an award.0
