compliance interview

I'm on UC and get the LCWRA for severe  physical, and mental health issues.. I've been doing market research stuff for the last year from home, as it helps my mental health to feel useful, and also because i have to get major repairs done on my home by sept or my neighbour who i share the freehold with, will take me to court,

when I sterted, I messaged UC via my journal and asked about whether i was allowed to do this, and they wrote this :  have some information for you which may help. As you are awarded Limited Capability for Work and Work-Related activity you do have a work allowance which we do not take into account when calculating your payments. Your work allowance is currently £557.00 per month which we disregard so if you got £50 on 11 March 2022, this will not have any effect on your claim. We also cannot take into account tangible items such as face creams in exchange for a survey or review as there is no cost / price associated. If you were however to get a part time job and were earning a lot more, then we would ask you to report your earnings each month. "

I've just been told I have to attend a compliance interview and im terrified that I have done something wrong, or that they will cut me off from my disability benefit.
I have severe Dyscalculia and ADHD and hopeless at keeping records and adding up, but I've just tried to look at my bank statements and it looks like I've earnt about £300 roughly a month.. I'm a vulnerable adult and I dont know where to turn..  I'm so scared.. please help

Did you report the changes when you started working to tell them this? Are you self employed? If you are then you're supposed to report your earnings and expenses on the last day of your assessment period each month. Have you been doing this?

You should have reported a change of circumstances on your journal and told them you're working. As you were self employed you would have needed an appointment at your local job centre. All changes need to be reported. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-and-self-employment-quick-guide/universal-credit-and-self-employment-quick-guide
