I was literally just looking again myself. Thanks for the update (and confirmation) 😊0

@FloridaDino you’d think they could inform us somehow, even a little note on the main page idk how but would’ve put a lot of peoples mind at ease.1
-
Absolutely agree. If I hadn’t seen your post, I would have worried even more. A text, email, or update notice on website would have been nice.
Did they mention how long this might last? I have some documents to submit, so may have to post them instead I guess.0 -
Came on here as having the same issue. Hopefully it’ll be rectified soon as I need to upload information0
-
@FloridaDino she honestly just said “a while” … it doesn’t really help! Sorry.@Rainbow116 fingers crossed 🤞1

fayet27 said:@poppy123456 yeah I did … please tell me it goes off the tracker once it’s been heard, then at least that way I can put my mind at ease.
Are you able to have a telephone hearing? There's a much higher chance of success rate for this at around 70% compared to between 5-8% for paper based hearings. It's never too late to change your mind and you just need to contact them to tell them.

Anyone had any luck today? I’m now getting a ‘invalid certificate’ message, or ‘ no secure connection’, which I’m not sure is an issue my end or theirs. Just wondering if anyone else has the same message or are now able to log in?1

It'll be back up soon by the looks of it as it no longer errors out but instead is presenting a message informing people of it being unavailable. Wouldn't shock me if it was fully back up within the next 48 HRs from this point.1

Glad to hear it's back up and running for everyone, thanks for updating us all0

Trying to upload docs with no success, saying it has technical difficulties. Seems to be usable apart from that.0
-
Has anybody tried uploading documents since it came back online? I managed to upload one document, since then have had a ‘we are experiencing technical difficulties’ every time I try and upload anything.Hoping it’s not just me 🤔0

@FloridaDino had problems again logging in this morning as it wouldnt accept my postcode, think they’re still having issues so try not to worry. You can send the evidence through to their email address too as long as you have your reference. They take about 3 weeks to acknowledge you though 🙄0
