Legitmate remote jobs

@gvf23 I saw in your other thread that you were worried about most jobs being IT related. There are many areas of work that have work from home roles, although I have found since the pandemic, they are "hybrid". So travel to one of the offices or at a location they choose for meetings once a week, month or quarterly can be required.
Where are you currently job searching? I'm afraid I don't know of any specific work from home job sites, but Scope has a page on Disability Friendly Employers that may be worth reading.0 -
I meant fully remote jobs seem to require advanced IT skills such as coding or programming.0

@gvf23 There are some fully remote that are customer based too. I've seen work from home positions for Enterprise, Monzo, RSPCA and various other charities actually. That may be a route to look at?0

I use charity jobs to search for remote work, they have a specific filter for that, you still have to check as some employers post it with the remote work filter but actually it isn't, but it's a great place to start. Most remote working jobs I've seen (including my current job) do not require IT skills like coding. Hope that helps!1

An ex-colleague now works for Astriid and she suggested FlexaCareers and Timewise it can be more focused on parent or carer flexible job requirements but worth checking https://flexa.careers/flexified?remote=1 and https://www.timewisejobs.co.uk/jobs/entirely-home-based/#browsing they’re not all advanced tech.gvf23 said:Hi, can anyone recommend legitmate remote job websites please?0 -
The charity jobs filter does look good too, except I’m trying to find sources of income where I don’t feel like I’m letting people down when my health is unreliable

My son in law who is a lawyer spends most of the school holidays at their villa in Maderia. He has no requirement to go the firm's office in the city of London.1
