Backdated SDP

Hi, I was recently awarded sdp but was only backdated 3 weeks to the date of my application. I wrote a letter requesting that they look at the start date again as I know now through reading on here that I'm entitled to it backdated to Nov 2020. I've been waiting for just over a month now for a reply but nothing as yet. I have the receipt for sending the letter and have a screenshot of the signature time and date of when it was received. I also made a copy of the letter. My question is does anyone know how long I should be waiting for a response? I can't phone them as my anxiety just takes over so I'll write another letter if need be.

Unfortunatetly, there's not really any timescales. Do you have someone who can ring on your behalf because you'll have a much quicker response by doing this rather than sending a letter.
